It is to be noted that NDTV 24X7’S ,reported in its show ‘Reality Check’, recently that seven court of various states in the country has acquitted the Tablighi Jamaat members, both Indian and foreigner ,of the criminal charges labelled against them for their act congregation and attending a Markaz event in Delhi’s Nizamuddin Mosque in mid March, amid Corona virus outbreak, for lack of evidence. It was also retereated in the report, there was no evidence found as such of Visa rule violation by any of the foreign Jamaat members or any evil intention behind this attending of otherwise regular Markaz event.
This reporting of the NDTV 24X7,has considerable significance in the matter of the fact that, there happens to be considerable nation wide hue and cry, because this congregation of few thousand Tablighi Jamat members in mid March’20, in the Nizamuddin Mosque,New delhi,at the very early stages of out break of the deadly virus in the country. This act of Tablighi’s mass gathering, was lebelled by many as a nefarious design of spreading the infectious virus to every nook and corner of the country.A section also stamped them as Super spreader and otherwise as opined as Human bomb.Accordingly stringent measures adopted to identify those who were there in the Nizamuddin gathering and action taken as per law by the administration in different parts of the country,as it was then termed as gross violation of the Covid 19 protocol as well as a criminal offence and demand a penal action and put many such attending Jamaat Members behind bar, which now proved to be null and void. The afore mention front line media channel report also claim that as there was no justifiable evidence being found and the legality of the allegation of any criminal offence being done ,therefore stands not acceptable to the various Honorable court ,as mentioned above ,there fore acquitted them of the charges.

In a comparative analysis, few more incidents in recent times ,which also hit the front line media hype ,can be correlated,in pursuit of an effort of an investigative study as part of moral responsibility of media ,as being the sole intention of this write up.

The incident of revolt of nine ministers of N.Biren Singh led coalition govt in mid June ,lead to to a political crisis in Manipur.Four MLA’S of the national People’s Party(NPP),including Deputy Chief minister,Y. Joykumar, along with three BJP MLA & couple of Independent MLA,withdrawn support from the Manipur Government.and has given upsurge of political crisis. This led to NEDA chief,Dr.H.Biswa Sharma,Honourable Health,Education and Finance minister of Assam and NPP Chief,Mr Conrad Sangma of Meghalaya, had to step in and swang into action for damage control mission and in the process go for a inter state travelling en route to Meghalaya, Assam, Manipur and New Delhi ,in the midst of promulgation of nationwide Covid-19 protocol and restrictions, when the entire country was pursuing the Corona Virus fight in a tense as well as grave situation.

Also all are aware of the Bhumipujan of RamMandir at Ayodha of 5th August by Honorable Prime Minister. Organizing the ceremony in time of considerable restrictions in force at places of worships and all other religious places of different sect in all over the country. In the follow up development ,country has witnessed expression of spontaneous euphoria in mass gathering ,procession and also some cases of administration’s resort to stringent promulgation measures to maintain the law and order, has also been witnessed.

The correlation of these series of events in recent time raised the question in public domain, promulgation of restrictions or protocol, viz here in context of Covid 19 ,has been framed as such, it can have varied claws ,flexible and rigid. If it is so,will it not make the issue or word of Super Spreader contentious?
