Here is a report why BJP has soft corner towards the controversial coal businessman Nabin Singhal. The most controversial coal businessman Nabin Singhal has won the tender of the largest coal field of North East region. Mahalaxmi and Satyam group of North East India won the bid .But the most interesting fact is that through the bid coal business becomes legalized in the whole region and at the same time to do this legal business the goverment has selected an illegal businessman. It is important to mention here that the owner of Satyam group Nabin Singhal is accused by CBI because of his alleged involvement in illegal coal scam and his name is clearly mentioned in the chargesheet of CBI regarding the same.

The consortium clearly stated that the auction of North East’s largest coal mine located at Nampuk Namchik in Arunachal Pradesh won by Satyam and Mahalaxmi group.

 

The Coal ministry of India had stated on 12th February that it had completed the bid for 10 coal mines of 5 states of the county. Many other companies participated at the bid for the largest coal mine situated in Arunachal Pradesh. Major companies like Assam Mineral Development Pvt Ltd, Arunachal Pradesh Power Corporation Pvt Ltd, Star Cement Ltd,Prachi Infra and Roads Ltd etc are the major companies which had taken part at the bid. But the bid was won by Coal Pulz .It is important to mention here that this Coal Pulz is the joint venture of the owners of Satyam and Nahalaxmi.The owner of Satyam group Ratan Sarma is famous in the both states Assam and Arunachal Pradesh because of illegal mining.
After knowing about the past of the two joint owners of Coal Pulz, a question arises how a person who is chargesheeted by CBI won the bid.

The answer of the question is he is one of the main donar to the ruling party BJP.He has donated 22 times in a year to the party’s fund.He has donated 7 crores 15 lakhs to the party fund.This is the main quality of these two controversial businessmen whose join venture won the bid .
